This glass art was simply amazing. He had described his artwork to be “fragile yet sturdy”. In the first photo you will see the artwork stategically placed on top of a pink platform. He had placed it there for two reasons: (1) pink is his favorite color and (2) glass almost never comes in pink so he wanted to display the glass next to something that’s obviously not glass to make the glass seem “glassier”. Surprisingly he was a geology mentor before he made art, however being a geologist and constantly looking at rocks has influenced the way he does art; his artwork resembles natures natural beauty. One last thing I found extremely interesting was he does not like to make his art consciously. He likes making art so that unconsciously because he feels that through your intuition and senses you can make amazing art.
